Experience before using Clockwork:

What challenges were you experiencing prior to purchasing Clockwork Veterans?


Limited file storage for Veteran hard copies, manual process to review quarterly VA benefits, loss of paperwork, no or little record of communications, and no consistency with student process.

What made our product or service stand out against our competitors?


Not sure. I got involved during the implementation stage. If I was going to guess it must have been the features, cost, and expertise, and support.

What did your decision-making process look like?


We shared the application and cost with our sister school De Anza College so it went through our district IT team, then Student Services from both colleges, and then the DSPS department.

How long did it take to get up and running? Did that meet your expectations? Who was involved in the process?
I think it took about 8-12 months. We worked with our IT project lead’s timeline, Clockwork lead and completed it as scheduled. I think it took about 8-12 months. We worked with our IT project lead’s timeline, Clockwork lead and completed it as scheduled.

What is your favorite feature? Why?
My favorite feature(s) are the uploaded documents by staff, the reports, templated emails, and the point of contact. All these features assist our staff to be more consistent with our students when providing counseling or address questions regarding their accommodations.

Results:

How have you benefited from using Clockwork Veterans?
By mainstreaming the process and providing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Veterans’ services.

How is the product helping you save time and increase productivity?
The product have allowed us to become more organized and save the physical space of all Veterans and their cases.

Recommendation:

What is the single biggest reason you would recommend Clockwork?
It was a pleasure working with Mary from Clockwork and if teams are looking for a single solution for reporting, tracking, and providing services to Veterans then I would recommend Clockwork.
