Charlene Bartlett is the National Account Manager for VA-Works, where she brings nearly two decades of experience in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic leadership. With a strong background in the software industry, she specializes in developing and implementing national sales strategies tailored to the post-secondary education sector. Charlene is passionate about building lasting partnerships, delivering customer-focused solutions, and helping institutions achieve smarter IT outcomes.

Charlene holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Human Biology and Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Her academic training, combined with her proven record in sales and management, gives her a unique ability to understand client needs and drive meaningful results.

Outside of work, Charlene is dedicated to health and wellness. She enjoys working out, taking her dog on long walks, and spending quality time with her family, which keeps her balanced and energized for her professional pursuits.
